The PV-480 is a two axis, high performance spray coating system designed for the thin, uniform application of a variety of low viscosity coatings to glass panels and other flat substrates used in the manfacture of CIGS and CdTe solar modules. The PV-480 leverages USI's patented, nozzle-less, ultrasonic spray technology for a more uniform, thinner coating compared to conventional spray or roll coating technology.
