The Smart Motion traversing mechanism synchronizes the spray head motion with the speed and width of the wave conveyor to ensure a uniform coating of flux with complete through-hole penetration, on each and every PCB.
Fully automated and programmable, the Performa Fluxing System utilizes state of the art control components and a user-friendly operator interface for system set up and recipe selection. All system parameters are set using the operator interface, which eliminates the need for manual adjustments. The control system has the capability of storing over one hundred recipes for instant recall. All system and process parameters can be password protected.
Designed with Ultra-Spray technology, the vibrating solid titanium spray head of the Performa atomizes the flux. The small drops of flux are then shaped into a flat, rectangular spray pattern and propelled upward and into the circuit boards plated through holes.
