Prism: Optimized for Fuel Cell Applications
The Prism Fuel Cell Coating System is the most advanced fuel cell coating system on the market today. Exclusively designed and engineered by USI, this higly flexible, small footprint X-Y-Z gantry system features proprietary nozzle-less ultrasonic spray head technology, which provides a thinner, more uniform and repeatable coating application than conventional spray technologies. Available as batch or in-line, the Prism system offers flexibility and versatility to meet R&D and low to mid vollume production requirements. The Precision Metering Pump liquid delivery system incorporates fluid stirring to keep suspensions properly mixed and servo motor control for the precise delivery of liquid to the spray head.
