The Prism Ultra-Coat is a line of programmable spray coating systems designed for the application of a wide variety of coatings.  The Prism features patented nozzle-free ultrasonic technology which delivers a more precise coating application than conventional spray nozzles, film coaters and jetting technology.           PRISM 100 - 2 axis PLC controlled spray coating system designed to coat the entire surface of a substrate quickly and efficiently. PRISM 300 / 350 - 3 axis programmable selective spray coating system that delivers precise application of coating to a substrate. PRISM 400 / 450 - 4 axis programmable selective spray coating system that delivers precise application of coating to a substrate. Ultra-Spray UV CURING MODULE - UV curing system utilizes a modular design to deliver consistent curing of various width substrates up to 18" (457 mm) wide. INVERTERS AND IR CURING SYSTEM - Inverters and curing IR system to accompany Prism spray coating systems.
