Micro-Line Digital Dispensing Valve Micro-Line Digital Dispensing Valve   The Micro-Line Digital Dispensing Valve is designed for the Prism Ultra-Coating system.  The head assembly consists of a high-speed liquid metering valve and a precision nozzle.  The Micro-Line applies coatings in precise lines down to 1 mm wide and the liquid flow rate is set with the Prism System software.  The coating is applied at a distance from 5 to 15 mm between the nozzle and the substrate.
