Ultra-Flip Inverter
Stand-alone conveyor segment will invert the circuit board between two conveyorized PRISM conformal coating systems. This automated inverter eliminates manual positioning of circuit boards between machines. The inverter is capable of processing circuit boards up to 18 inches wide by 18 inches long.
Ultra-Cure IR Oven
In Line IR curing system custom built to cure up to 18-inch wide circuit boards using IR panels to assure a proper curing, without the turbulence caused by convection ovens. System includes 10 Zone top and bottom curing with PC Control. The system features a pin chain conveyor to transport the circuit boards through the oven. |
