Dispensing Needle Dispensing Needle   The Dispensing Needle is used primarily for the application of higher viscosity coatings to selected small areas.  The dispensing needle consists of a stainless steel needle valve and assorted needle tips, which allow coating of dots, lines, circles and area fills. Dispensing Technology Designed for silicone and high viscosity coatings Stainless steel valve body Assorted Luer-Lok needles Supplement to Dual-Mode Spray Valve Utilizes common liquid delivery system Same coating mixture for both heads Applicator for Prism Coating System Integral with Prism Software Software control for all set-points The valve and needle are separated to prevent contamination of the air-actuator body.  The air actuator is double acting for quick, positive opening and closing of the needle valve.  The solenoid valve used for the actuating air is co-located with the actuator to provide instantaneous operation.  The liquid flow rate is proportional to the pressure and viscosity and is manually regulated by adjusting the stroke of the needle valve.  The needle valve is compatible with all Luer-Lok™ needle tips.
